Meet Todd Musselman
Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach
Todd is a powerful and effective leader who combines his background as a business owner, sales representative, and professional musician to produce strong, measurable results in the fields of motivational speaking, leadership training, and executive coaching.
Prior to his current leadership business, Todd worked in his family’s company for over 25 years where he gained the experience necessary to guide others in management positions. He played an integral role in product development, marketing/sales strategies, and board governance, but his primary position was in outside sales. Todd successfully created and maintained an account base of over 350 retail businesses, and in 2003 the family made the transition from first to second generation ownership. Todd became part-owner of the company and quickly learned how to solve unique challenges by guiding others with creative solutions.
After transitioning out of the family business, Todd decided that he wanted to pursue a career in Leadership Training and Executive Coaching. He began a year-long apprenticeship program studying under master coach and best selling author, Steve Chandler. Chandler is also a public speaker and business consultant for top professionals, major universities, and over 30 Fortune 500 companies, and he trains hundreds of leaders like Todd to help prepare them for their coaching roles. Todd’s work with Steve provided him with the experience necessary to help others in the area of social transformation.
With a strong career in motivational speaking, leadership training, and executive coaching, Todd currently offers services to a wide range of groups, customizing his message to fit the needs of each individual organization. He relies on his creative blend of music, personal life stories, and honest humor to provide an inspiring and lasting experience for all of his audiences. Using his musical gifts as an accomplished singer/songwriter, Todd finds unique ways to connect to others in order to embolden and challenge them. Todd produces powerful results for both individuals and management teams.
